(on our Valentine’s Menu from February 8th – February 17th)

Okay, so this particular orchid is edible – not exactly wild, but perhaps some may remember a certain film circa 1989 with the same name – definitely themed around passion, thus the relevance for Valentine’s Day. Delving deeper into the meaning of the orchid, they have long been seen as symbols of beauty and love. In Europe, orchids have been used as a main ingredient in love potions.

One thing is for sure – they dress up a drink!

1 part St.Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
